  1. What is SalesTalker?

    SalesTalker is a customer engagement system, purely web based application that allows you and your customers to communicate instantly, and in real time, via the web browser. There is no software to install and all major browsers are supported. Give your support staff the ability to help multiple customers at once, while eliminating lengthy wait times in phone queues, drastically increasing response rates and customer satisfaction. Live chat even includes a remote desktop feature that allows you to connect to and control a customer's Windows computer.

  3. How do I integrate the chat feature to my website?

    Integrating the chat feature on the website is very easy. All you have to do is :
    [a] Visit the Website http://salestalker.com
    [b] Sign up for a free or a paid account of SalesTalker, by clicking on "Buy Now" at the top.
    [c] Copy and paste the codes in to the web pages you want to monitor. You will receive these codes upon registration. You can also take the codes from the application window.
    [d] On uploading the chat Icon would be integrated with your website.

  4. Is there a trial version that I can use before purchasing a SalesTalker account?

    Yes. You can get the trial version here. The trial version is only valid for 30 days and can only be used by one operator. However, it has no limitations on the features available. Which means you can try all the features of SalesTalker with the trial version.

  5. How many operators can use my SalesTalker account?

    A paid SalesTalker account can have multiple operators. If you want more operators you can request by contacting a sales representative. Different pricing plans are available depending on the requested number of operators.

  6. Does SalesTalker require any server-side installation?

    No. All server-side software is run on our dedicated servers so no installation or configuration changes will be necessary on your web servers.

  7. Does my visitor require any specific software or browser plug in?

    No. There is no special plug-ins required.

  8. How many visitors can chat with a single operator?

    There is no limit on the number of chat sessions each operator can have. However, it is recommended that you chat with maximum 5 people at the same time.

  12. What are the system requirements for running SalesTalker Chat?

    On the client side all major browsers are supported (Netscape 4.0 or above, IE6.0 or above), no install, no plugin needed.
    On the server side, the minimum requirements are:
    Operating System: Linux, Windows NT4/2000/XP/2003
    Processor: Pentium II 300 MHz or equivalent or higher
    Memory: 128 MB RAM
    Hard Drive: 30 MB free disk space

  13. What is the bandwidth necessary for running the SalesTalker software?

    The bandwidth required by the chat server is relatively minimum. Our Tests have shown that the chat software works perfectly fine even with a stable Dial Up Connection.

  14. Are there any fees for support or upgrades?

    No, we do not currently charge any maintenance or support fees. If you buy right now, you will get all future upgrades for FREE.
